  • 3 golden delicious apples, peeled, cored and cut into 1/4 slices
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup bagged sauerkraut, well drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed

  • Transfer to a plate and keep warm.

  • Add apples and cinnamon.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, until apples begin to brown, 3-4 minutes. Add sauerkraut, caraway seeds and remaining salt and pepper. Cook 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve with pork.
