Creamy Avocado Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cooked chicken breast halves, diced

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground black pepper, or to taste

  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Place chicken in a food processor; process until finely chopped. Add avocado, sour cream, black pepper, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt; blend until smooth (or the consistency you desire).
